Teams exit to produce results.  In corporate America, expecially with the advant of massive technology creating globalization the competetion is no less than fierce!  To be a competitive force companies are paring down staff and requiring more out of the remaining workforce.  At Marsha Marsh Coaching we consistently hear that people are working upwards to 80 hours a week and they don’t even know if anyone is noticing.  That is double the so called “work week”.  They have consistant complaints about the inabilitiy to work with their team mates and difficulties relating to their managers.  Droves of people are getting fed up with the “corporate life” and taking drastic measures to survive or just falling down.  We believe that a greater part of difficulties lie in the fact that people are working as “Teams” and yet they have not been taught how to integrate all the different complexities of the human condition in order to integrate the necessary work streams to produce sustainable results. 

To work with the complexities we have become Authorized Faciliator of the Stellar Team Diagnostic from Team Coaching International.  The diagnostic is based on the premise that “Increased Productivity with out Positivity creates burnout!”  The model asserts that the team is a system and the system can be measured by it’s productivity and positivity strengths. There is significant research that proves that a high performing teams that sustain the performance and grow must be strong in productivity and positivity. The assessment is a tool which creates benchmarks where the team is currently in relation to 14 measures of productivity and positivity.  It is an 80 question online assessement that is anonymous and confidential.  The scores are debriefed in a 2 day retreat style format.  The basic idea when the scores are debriefed is to create open dialogue as to how the team saw themselves and opportunities for the ongong development of the team.

The scores are represented in full color graphic profiles highlighting the teams opportunities and strengths.
