Marsha’s intention is to inspire the leadership that already resides within her clients to move them in a powerful way so that they may engage fully in their workplace and, in turn, inspire leadership in those around them.

We are vitally aware of how tough it can be in the corporate atmosphere. We understand the experiences of “too busy, I can’t even breathe”, “How do I influence to get buy-in on my ideas?”, “I can’t get my staff to work to potential”, and more…..

Marsha’s not afraid to speak the hard truth, as so often needs to be heard in the corporate environment. She encourages clients to tell her what works, and what doesn’t about her coaching. She understands that it is a big deal to hire someone to come in and help to create change and departure from the norm. Marsha stops at nothing to get results for her clients. She understands the difficulties that come with change and will challenge them to achieve their results, believing that they can have exactly what they want. Supporting her clients to do so is her passion.

Session Structure

Corporate coaching generally takes place at the client’s workplace as we are vitally aware of the time constraints in the corporate environment today.  It can also provide the opportunity for several people to be coached over the course of a day and doesn’t require client staff to travel. Our coaches will work with the client’s 360-degree review and their established development plan, where one exists, to focus on progress and where improvements could be made.

Telephone coaching is also a popular option and can be a cost effective solution if there are schedule changes, out of town plans or not enough individuals requiring coaching to warrant the additional time required to travel to your location.
